What cutleries you provide?
We use disposable environment friendly cutleries, plates & bowls.. If you prefer melamine plates & stainless steel cutleries, please enquire within (charges may apply).


What about the set up?
We do complementary table & skirting set up complete with a colour of your choice.
Theme set up also available, for your most memorable occasion, please feel free to enquire.


What is the collection time?
It’s 3 hours upon the function commencement. RM 80 per hour extension after that or if you prefer late night party.
We can collect the next day (if we are available)


What should I book?
Once you have the date set, please book us, as we only accept one function for that specific time slot (e.g: lunch, dinner).
Otherwise, please give us at least 1 week’s time, please?


How about servers, do you provide?
Yes, our servers are RM 120 per server.


What are the handling charges?
For number of pax lesser than stated in the menu, set up & delivery charges may apply, please feel free to ask.
For condos or office that require us to transport the catering goods to Upper floors, extra charge of RM120 applies.
For breakfast ready by 7.30 am – 9 am, extra charge of RM120 applies.


We would like to have function in your cafe, what are the charges?
We will not be doing events on weekends, only on weekdays.


How about additional number of pax or top up of food during the party?
Please  let us know 2 days before the party if you need to add number of pax. If you need to top up food during the party due to overwhelming response of the number of guests,the types of food may be subjected to availability and charges will apply.
However, we strongly advise you to order sufficient number of pax before hand.


How much deposit should I pay?
A sum of 50% of catering order should be paid upon confirmation. Payment for cash or credit card accepted. Balance should be paid by cash upon delivery of catering. If you need to cancel the order, 50% deposit will be forfeited. Change of party date after confirmation shall be subjected to our availability (at least 3 days notice).


Replacement of dishes
We reserve the right to change a dish to another dish of equivalent value or if the particular dish is not available due to seasonality. However, we will inform you beforehand.
